Essence Sheraton 位置方便, 環境高級優雅, 它的自助餐由晚上6：30pm開始,我們星期五晚去,即日book位都仲有位,坐唔滿.它的食物種類超多不同種類任你選擇如凍蟹腳,肉蟹,蠔,帶子,琵琶蟹,蝦....而且所有熱食都是熱騰騰的.最愛它那椰子蟲草燉湯,超级熱和好飲,真材實料.其他,日本生蠔亦好新鮮另亦超级喜愛它那厨師即煮的咖喱蟹,胡椒蟹,超好味甜品的選擇亦超级多,有雪糕(四種口味),冰,不同的蛋糕,生果和朱古力噴泉.整體值得一試再試

几年前面还记得这里的buffet还蛮不错的，今天刚巧有机会来这吃，哪知他们的quality竟然跌了很多，虽然样式还是很多，可是每一道都没好吃，还蛮令人失望的，酒店的quality通常都会maintain在一定的水准，希望他们会继续进步。

Sheraton 的自由餐厅，essence，和一般的buffet餐厅每两样，而且近来的quality有很明显的下降了，唯一比较好的就是他们的甜品section。日本鱼生和寿司都令人失望。希望他们会改进，sheraton 的quality不该如此。

Sheraton Imperial's current buffet promo of unlimited New Zealand oysters with a free flow of wine at RM128++ per person is a decent deal. The smallish-looking oysters, ready to be shucked only on order. Some skillful knife work to prise them out of their shells. Absolutely addictive; we must have eaten dozens of these. It was a festival of Indian flavors recently at Essence ... pakora bhajia gosht chatinad (lamb cooked with peppercorn) chicken pakora butter & sesame naan pani puri For RM128++, a free flow of reasonably fine wine was available. The Indian food promo has ended, but Essence still serves booze-optional buffets every evening.

It was a festival of Indian flavors recently at Essence ... with marvelously aromatic recipes like lamb rack tandoori cottage cheese marinated with saffron & ginger garlic paste chicken breast, marinated with cashew, cheese & cardamom Goan fish curry all of which went well with carb-filled recipes like hyderabab chicken briyani crunchy papadum!
