For this holy month of Ramadhan, Terazza Brasserie has live ghazal performance by the Kumpulan Wak Long.  For some beefy dish, I tried this with the sweet and spicy cooking style. Braised with turmeric leaves, chilli and coconut milk for hours, the short ribs are very flavoursome and I just can't resist the tenderness of the meat! Again, this is mild enough for those who cannot stand hot spicy food. The coconut milk has enhanced the sweetness in this dish.
