Pork NoodlesRestaurant Sun Yin Loong is a foodcourt with many stall served different type of foods. This is one of the famous stall here. The noodles i choosed 'lou xu fan' which '老鼠粉'. The portion is not big and the ingredients are not much. However, it taste very delicious especially the soup. The ingredients included, pork, pork liver, other part of pork and veggies. The portion is not big and the ingredients are not much. However, it taste very delicious especially the soup. The ingredients included, pork, pork liver, other part of pork and veggies. The soup is very tasty, the taste of the pork had totally go into the soup, make the soup sweet and strong taste, very delicious. The lou xu fan is only come with black soya sauce and minced pork. It tastes light but when eat together with the ingredients and the soup, it become very delicious.
