Baked Salted CrabThe crab is slightly smashed so that its shell crack to allow the flavouring to be soaked into the meat before sending it to bake. Serves very hot and I got my hand burnt for being greedy. The freshness of the crab did play a big role in this dish by giving some natural sweetness to the taste but I think the crab was over seasoned thus making it very salty and did overwhelm everything else. It might be better if the shell were crack and the salt stays out in my opinion or you might want to request for low salt when you insist to try this dish here.
