Cantonese Yin YOngWell, the food isn't bad, in fact it was really tasty. But too tasty isn't always a good thing, which got me thinking how much taste enhancing powder "think Ajinomoto" have they added into the dishes. I'm not blindly saying this, as almost always I feel really thirsty after a meal here.The Cantonese yin yong, was crunchy with the meaty sauce added in around it. It must be eaten hot, fresh from the kicthen so that the noodles does not soak too much of the sauce and goes too soft
