Dragon-i has been around in Malaysia since 2004. The dishes of Dragon-i are inspired from culinaries from the region of Shanghai, Beijing and Lanzhou in China. Among the signature dishes of Dragon-i are "Xiao Long Bao" (Shanghainese steamed meat dunplings)" and "La Mian" (hand pulled noodles). But I was there not for their "Xiao Long Bao" or "La Mian" but I was there for their fish cooked in rice wine. I believe nothing can go wrong with dishes that has wine in it.Fish cooked in Rice Wine (RM 22

Fish cooked in Rice Wine (RM 22)

There were lots of fish slices being given. Loved the thick wine broth which is slightly sweet in taste. The broth complemented the freshness of the fish slices nicely......The dish is very good to go with plain rice.....yummy yummy......
