Stir Fried Vegetable with MushroomThe dish is stir fried with several type of vegetable like 'kailan' and 'broccoli' and is topped with mushroom. It is plain in appearance but rich in flavour. The vegetable is nicely cooked where there is still little crispy in the root of the vegetable. The dish is rich in flavour and taste but not to the extend where it is salty.
