Stir Fried Vegetarian FishI'm always impress by how vegetarian dish can imitate not just the appearance of the dish but also the taste of it. Some say the heavy glutamate while some suggest that other ingredient were used to replace and simulate the taste. Whatever it is I love the vegetarian fish here. The vegetarian fish doesn't have the exact texture of the real deal but it taste quite good with the sauce not too salty not plain. It taste just right and healthy.
