Restaurant is a Chinese style restaurant which served Chinese stir and fried dishes. This fish is Kam Foong, people always use this to steam to taste the fresh of the fish. This Yao Wat Kam Foong which the fish is cooked by a little fried that you will thought it is steam but you can taste it out it is been fried. The fish is very very soft and smooth.
