Braised Egg Noodle Village StyleThis is a very grand Chinese style restaurant. This is the special treat and highly recommended food- Braised egg noodle village style. This noodles is cooked with egg, veggies and mushroom. In chinese, this dish is 焖面， which is cook the noodles by letting the noodles cook in the sauce, so that the taste of the sauce will go to the noodles very balance. However, the noodles will become a bit sticky... Overall,the taste is very special and delicious.
