I always believe that you can judge a restaurant whether it is worth dining with its dishes from a simple and classic dish of spaghetti / pasta. The spaghetti bolognese with seafood is a dish I would easily consider worth going after in Alexis. The spaghetti is cook timely and not too hard or soggy, covered by bolognese sauce where it is not too sour and carry a light sweetness in it.
