Being a chinese, I grew up in an environment where I have to dine in when the dishes are serves hot to avoid being nag and scold. The cold soba is something new to me where I had my first chilled japanese thin noodle. It wasn't bad in my opinion but the soba itself is quite tasteless despite having a smooth texture. The sauce is the bomb where it add in some flavour to the entire meal. Not forgetting soft shell crab, it was superb. It is crispy and meaty and most importantly it is not dry. The c
