Beancurd CakeThe homemade deep-fried beancurd cake is served with homemade thai chilli sauce. It is a simple yet amazing dish where the crispy skin is flavourful while the beancurd inside have a superb silky smooth texture that melts in my mouth. However the thai sauce is a spoiler to me because it tend to overtake the fresh and appetizing taste of the beancurd cake. Each of the beancurd cake is quite filling and pack, not forgetting satisfying where I will be back for more.
