Butter CrabCrab, a very good ingredient that usually go well with vast style of cooking and butter crab has to be one of the top. The crab is being stir fried until reddish in colour / shell and along the way, butter and curry leaf is added to bring out the aromatic from the crab. Not only does it taste good on the meat where flavour is inherited into it, the shell is licking good too. The crispy butter piece I pick up and mix with my bowl of white rice as it is little bit salty but taste superb
