Moon Palace Restaurant (Closed)

It was my first time trying out soup dumplings in dim sum dish and it doesn't meet my expectation. The dumplings were really filled and packed with minced meat inside the skin. The texture of the dumpling skin was silky smooth but it is also kinda thick at the same time. Also appearing was the prawn and some chinese herbal ingredient. The soup was slightly salty but I did gulp the whole thing down as other dishes were mostly "dry dish". Wish the flavour of the dumpling can be stronger.
