Celery is one of my favourite vegetables as they are crunchy and has its own distinctive taste which is not easily replicated. The stir fried vegetables served by the chef here has a mixture of carrots, lotus roots, celery and black fungus. The vegetables were crunchy and the chef did not overcooked the celery.
