We were told by the chef that the secret recipe of this wat tan hor has been handed down thru the family for more than 60 years and the chef plans on to continue carrying on the tradition of cooking the dish with the family wok. The dish has wok hei to it and we were told that the chef does not use any oil or garlic to cook it. I love the sauce as it was smooth and thick and it was sweet as well.
