Stir fried prawns

Recently came here for an OpenRice event, where members are given a chance to dine at this restaurant and have a chance to talk to the chef. Our first dish was the stir fried prawns in japanese unagi sauce. The sauce was salty and sweet kinda like the teriyaki sauce though. I enjoyed eating the prawns as it was large and fresh.
