Over here at G- YiTang Hong Kong Dim Sum, you actually have plenty of choices as you get to savour their menu from the baked, fried and steamed series. The best part is, sometimes, you would be surprised by the impromptu new dim sum creation by their very own kitchen master, Chef Yew. The inspiration would just strike him suddenly and then this affable and down to earth chef, could actually create the new dish almost instantly. And that is why you might not be able to look for the dish in their existing menu in the first place. Call it speedy innovation or whatsoever manner you put it, but one thing for sure, those delights are just awesome and tantalizing! Especially their tangy prawns which are very fresh, huge and juicy! You really gotta try that out
