You know your salmon isn't fresh enough to be considered sushi-grade when you call it "carpaccio" and dress it up with citrus sauce. Raw stuff is definitely a no-go here. Can smell the fishiness. Sauce was zesty though.All the rolls also taste quite mediocre and overpriced.
