The chicken breast meat is seasoned and grilled with Tony Roma's citrus and brown mustard Mojo sauce, topped with house made pineapple salsa and served with rice pilaf and a fresh vegetable.The chicken meat was somewhat dry and rough, but it was flavourful and tasty with the speciality sauce. It was refreshing with all the salsa too. Mojo Chicken is huge in portion and it will definitely fill your stomach while empty your wallet.
