这道炸豆付是店的招牌菜肴。用嫩滑的白豆付切成方块形拿去炸，外皮酥脆，里面切细滑，得沾上美奶滋和辣椒酱才食用。我觉得味道较淸淡没有给我太大的惊喜，而且价一份RM20 对我来说也蛮贵的。
