Fresh salmon sashimiSashimi is one of my all time favourite Japanese food. This salmon sashimi is really fresh. It has perfect balance of fat and flesh which gives it perfect texture and flavour. It is not too oily and it is best eaten with Japanese light soy sauce and wasabi. I prefer to squeeze some lemon on top of the sashimi.
