Herb & Spice After walking about around undecided what to buy for in between meal later, finally end up with this Herb & Spice pastry. I was having the expectation to at least have some herbs aroma to accompany my late afternoon palate. Indeed, the bread is has quite a strong herbes aroma with some hint of oregano etcetera, and might not be as soft as you think, for it is more like a baguette texture, where it is best eaten fresh. Else it will harden due to the air exposure. And by the way, this pasty also reminds me of the Sugar Butter that comes with quite similar exterior presentation.
