The Xiao Long Pao is Din Tai Fung signature dish. There's an open kitchen window where you will spot master chef preparing this dish as it often get order out almost instantly. The skin was fragile and please handle with care as you wouldn't want the soup and meat inside it to drip out. It comes in a perfect size to your mouth but be warn again as it is very hot. The soup was tasty and delightful while not being too salty. It is as good as other Xiao Long Pao you might have already tried / liked
