Jjajang RiceFinally, I get to taste the wonderful Jjajang dish again in my own country, that is also authentically prepared by Korean native owner as well. Holiday aside, when it comes to taste locally, with this version of rice, I would say it is still pretty good, whereby the each grain of rice is pleasantly drenched in their homemade thick Jjajang sauce. It comes with cubes of carrot and onions to enhance the sweetness naturally besides some addition of sesame to spice it up further.
