I'm sure many of you have never even heard of, let alone tried Tuaran mee. Basically, it's a stir-fried noodles dish, but the noodles is softer and eggier than normal. It has lots of pork and was very filling. It's slightly wet, quite oily, and is fried in an open wok, so it has a lot of "wok hei" to it.After finishing this, the oiliness really got to me. Felt a bit grossed out, but it was still really very good.
