Fried pork chop. I ordered the fried pork chop and it came in quite a big piece. Although it was a big piece but it was thin. As such, the meat was not too tough after being deep fried. Some thick pork chop was tough when being cooked. The coating was crispy. The pork chop was not too bland, it still had some taste of chilli powder, but too salty either. Not a bad pork chop.
