“Lu Rou Fan” (Braised pork on rice). The bowl of rice was big and the portion of braised pork was a lot too. It was quite generous. The braised pork was enough to mix with the whole bowl of rice. At least, the restaurant did not skimp on the portion. The braised pork was a mixed of fats and lean meat but more of lean meat I would say. The texture was nice and the taste was quite delicious too.
