Penne Lamb Osso Bucco. This dish was cooked with root vegetables, spinach and assorted mushrooms in rich slow braised lamb ragout. I took the first scoop and the taste was indeed very unique, it tasted somewhat similar to thick rendang sauce minus off the spiciness. The lamb taste was strong and the saltiness was just right. I could not taste the mushrooms though.
