Most of the fine japanese restaurant serve cold soba with a bird egg. But i remember i tried once mixing in the soy soup doesn't taste any better but it makes my soba taste weird. I dare not try again so just pour in the spring onions and the seaweed in my soy soup. The soba is cooling but a little messy as the noodle is too short, scattered the wooden mat while i eat. Afterall the soy soup is not flavourful enough to make the soba taste better.
