Chicken satay for tea time anyone?Colleagues took away some hot chicken satay from Kajang. As you know, Kajang is famous for satay in Malaysia and that the satay from this restaurant is nice. Everything is up to the standard. For foreigner, satay is a kind of charcoal grilled meat on a bamboo stick, serves as local food in Malaysia. On top of the satay, people will put some honey and prior to the grill, there will be some marination of the meat. Satay here is nice, meat tender and succulent.
