Goku Raku Ramen is a restaurant selling Japanese Ramen. Their menu is not extensive and most of them are ramen. The Tonkotsu soup base is their speciality and I think they really put a lot of effort in preparing the soup.Char Siew Tonkotsu RamenThe ramen is not springy enough, but the white broth is very aromatic and flavourful, because the soup is boiled for long hours using pork bone. The noodles is topped with char siew, black fungus, spring onion, bamboo shoot, bean sprout, seaweed and egg.
