One of the Sam Kan Chong (3JC) branch is located at Lower Ground Floor of One Utama Shopping Centre. Sam Kan Chong has come a long way since the world war 2 in Malaya. It used to be a little shop in Kuala Lumpur in between 2 other shops, hence locals named it as Sam Kan Chong which means 3 Adjacent shops.
