The thing that cracks me up in Pao Xiang Bak Kut Teh is their naming of dishes. I wanted the half lean half fat meat, and according to my father-in-law, it is item number 3, which was written as Pan Fie Soul in the menu. After chortling to myself, we ordered and the food came in a jiffy, even though there were quite a number of patrons there. The meat is more 70% lean and 30% fat, which was OK for me.
