We also bought some Hokkaido Milk Loaf, as it looked pretty interesting, and was rather soft to the touch. It was for our breakfast the next day. It comes in a whole loaf, so we had it cut it into slices ourselves. The texture was very soft, very similar to chiffon cake. I didn't taste much of milk in it, but the sweetness was just nice. We definitely enjoyed it very much. Priced at RM7, it wasn't the cheapest, but well worth the amount paid.
