Some colleagues suggested that we go to Weng Soon Jaya for lunch. I immediately agreed, as I am a fan of the stall that serves pig stomach pepper soup there. The no-frills soup plus white rice is very welcomed, especially on a dreary raining day. I had to queue up a bit as it is self service. Their soup is so good that people don’t mind queuing up for ages just to get some soup. The pig stomach pepper soup is piping hot, very delectable. Slightly spicy and salty, it goes very well with the white
stomach, slices of pork, peanuts and the optional chicken feet. Priced at RM6 a set, it was well worth the amount paid.
