Watami Japanese Casual Restaurant (Closed)

I am really a fans of hot pot. I like to see the food from raw to cooked in front of me. The process seems very interesting. A simple hot pot like this comes with very limited soup. It isn't like the normal hotpot you eat outside with lots of soup or you can refill. So even though the soup here is very tasty, I need to hold it. Or else the soup will finish very fast. But you need to get the timing right too, because it is keep boiling, so if you don't want to drink it. It will evaporate too.
