Kung Po Yee Mee

The kung po yee mee in Restoran North 28 is quite nice. The dish is fried full of wok hei, together with lots of dried chillies for the spicy flavour. There were loads of ingredients in it, namely pork slices, sotong and yau mak. What I like about this dish is that it is peppered with lots of lard. Crunchy and decadent, it gives the dish a very good flavour. Priced at RM5 per plate, it is well worth the amount paid.
