Indo mee with telur mata kerbau. Indo mee has been our must-order dish whenever we patron Al-Ehsan. I would say Al-Ehsan serves one of the best indo mee around. Of course, as usual, it came with telur mata kerbau (sunny side up egg). Well, actually there is nothing special about the noodle but the seasonings that they used was very addictive, it has just the right amount of flavour and the egg yolk moisten the noodle further.
