Aburi Tokusen Toroniku (roasted premium pork cheek). The first time I came, I had tried the premium pork cheek normal version and I felt in love with it. This time around, I added on a plate of roasted premium pork cheek instead of the normal one. This dish took quite a while to be served, and I understand why it was so.
