Pork Bone broth and seafood. There are 4 types of steamboat broth available, and we ordered the pork bone broth. The small pot of steamboat consisted many ingredients and almost filled up the whole pot. The pork bone broth was good, it was thick and had just the right amount of saltiness. It has thick pork bone essence and eat together with the seafood, it was delicious.
