Our first dish that we plucked out from the conveyor belt was the ebi maki. Every piece of rice had half a slice of prawn rested on it, keep stable by some mayonnaise sauce. The rice itself was rolled in prawn eggs, crunchy and salty. The ingredients include bits of snow crab and crunchy eel skin. Priced at RM8 per set of three pieces, it was well worth the amount paid.
