Hua Tiao Chicken. I actually don't like "hua tiao" sauce but I was willing to try that day. This hua tiao chicken came in a hot claypot and was cooked with dried chili. These dried chilies gave the chicken a spicines. The hua tiao taste was not strong actually. It tasted like "kung po" sauce to me. The chicken was tender and the sauce was slightly salty. This was an above average dish I would say.
