There were quite a bit of desserts that Serai offers. We wanted to try them all, but the stomach wouldn’t allow it. We finally settled on the pandan banana fritters. The banana fritters’ batter was very light, and hardly had any leftover oil. Four pieces of bananas fried to golden perfection, and the banana itself was ripe and sweet, however, not much pandan taste. There was a small jug of palm sugar served.
