I am very particular on mee hoon goreng from mamak stall, and I tried from one mamak stall to another looking for good mee hoon goreng. Different from the usual mee hoon goreng I have eaten, which is wet and gooey, JS Maju's version is dry, spicy and flavorful, They add in proper amount of chilli to give a hint of spiciness, and squeezes in the sided lemon gives a perfect sour and spicy combination, just the way I like. So nice that I can have double set of this mee hoon goreng plus a cup of teh ais for my supper.
