This place is certainly hard to reach and find, if not for a mutual friend me and my friends would not have known about this place. We were told that the signature dish is the salt baked fish. The fish is freshly caught from the pond and cleaned before being cooked. The chef sprinkles a generous amount of salt on the fish and bake it in high temperature. The skin is hard and crispy but it cannot be eaten we were told. The flesh was very fresh and the saltiness penetrates deep inside.
