Food Republic is a clean, elegant food court located on the second floor of the New Wing, Rainforest. The 13,000sq ft food atrium can occupy 550 customers at full capacity and has 15 tenants with an interesting mix of cuisines ranging from Malay, Chinese, Japanese, Middle Eastern, Western, Taiwanese and Malaysian. This food court is designed with sleekly modern white interior, unique design I gave a try to their Chicken Rice from Hong Kong Roast Stall. Didn't put much expectation on the chicken
I gave a try to their Chicken Rice from Hong Kong Roast Stall. Didn't put much expectation on the chicken rice at first, but I was wrong. I was surprised with the delicious chicken when I had the first bite on it. Perfectly roasted with glossy skin, the meat was so tender, flavourful, and juicy, much better than I expected to be. Rice was full flavoured from the chicken stock infused within, definitely a satisfying pairing of chicken rice and roasted chicken.
