Grilled IKA!!!!! A must ordered food when we are in japanese restaurant. Grilled squid in Sushi Zanmai is big in portion. With the squeezed of lemon, perfect. Meat is juicy and succulent. But it is not grilled to crisp. Depends on your preference for a grilled seafood. Whether you prefer crispiness over juicy meat or both or just juicy meat alone can satisfy your tastebuds. Overall, this is good.
