Braised superior fin soup. This individual pot of shark's fin soup served a generous amount of shark's fin. The shark's fin was crunchy and chewy. The clear soup was not salty and not starchy. The soup and fins were well braised.Braised abalone with mushroom and vegetable. One person managed to get half the palm size of abalone. The abalone was fresh and juicy. the fishy taste was still acceptable The stew enhanced the flavor of this dish.
